Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the JetSet Intel platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JetSet Intel.

2. Platform Description

JetSet Intel is an operational intelligence database designed for private aviation catering and hospitality. The Service connects flight crews, trip planners, and aviation concierges with vetted vendors — including caterers, bakeries, florists, hotels, restaurants, ground transportation providers, and other hospitality professionals — across airports and destination cities worldwide. The Service provides tools for vendor discovery, flight hospitality planning, mission debriefs, vendor profile management, and affiliate referrals. Through JetSet Privé™, the Service also offers an AI Flight Attendant companion that recalls a principal's hospitality preferences and assists the crew with sourcing, substitutions, and service. JetSet Intel is an intelligence and sourcing platform — it is not a catering company, dispatch service, logistics provider, or flight planning tool.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register with a valid email address and complete the verification process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it current. JetSet Intel reserves the right to refuse or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

JetSet Intel offers subscription plans for both aviation professionals (flight crews, trip planners) and vendors (Mission Partners). All subscriptions are billed through Stripe in USD.

  • ·JETSET Member (Free): Full vendor directory, search, insider notes, favorites, and community contributions — included with every account.
  • ·JETSET Verified ($99 one-time): Identity verification. Payment initiates the review; the verified checkmark is earned by passing review, never by payment alone.
  • ·JETSET Prive ($84/month or $840/year): Professional capability — AI Flight Attendant companion, Principal Passports, the Trip Workspace (plan, provision, personalize, execute, recover, remember), WHIM pre-flight audit, AI menu photography, mission anticipation — and a no-cost identity verification entitlement bundled in.
  • ·Mission Partner tiers (Presence / Connect / Reach / Intelligence): Commercial vendor enrollment priced per the published quote matrix, resolved from vendor category, market, and capability.

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the platform or by contacting support; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Identity verification, once earned by passing review, is preserved if you cancel Prive. Prive bundles verification at no additional cost — a Prive-sourced verification is never counted as a separate $99 conversion.

5. Vendor Listings and Mission Partner Tiers

All vendors in the JetSet Intel database receive a free Community tier listing and are discoverable by flight crews searching their airport or destination city. Vendors may upgrade to paid Mission Partner tiers (Verified, Preferred, Premier) for enhanced visibility, ONE PUSH ordering capability, analytics, and enterprise features. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listing data, including contact information, hours, delivery capabilities, and service descriptions. JetSet Intel reserves the right to edit, hide, or remove listings that contain inaccurate, misleading, or outdated information. Vendors who claim their profile and subscribe to a paid tier are designated as Mission Partners and receive portal access for managing their listing, responding to requests, and viewing mission debriefs.

6. The JetSet Hospitality Society — Community Impact, Not Commissions

The JetSet Hospitality Society is JetSet Intel's community recognition program — it is not an affiliate, commission, or referral-compensation program. Registered members receive a unique Society Code and grow their Community Impact by welcoming colleagues, contributing insider intelligence, and sharing hard-won knowledge. Community Impact is the primary, visible measure of a member's contribution to the network. Members may also earn Distinctions — non-monetary social credentials (such as Trusted Voice, Ambassador, or JetSet Distinguished) conferred by JetSet Intel in recognition of sustained, high-quality contributions. Distinctions carry no cash value, confer no ownership, and entitle the holder to no recurring compensation of any kind. They are recognition only. Society Gifts are a secondary, economically qualified recognition layer. A gift may be unlocked only when a referral produces a paid conversion that survives a 30-day qualification hold. Each qualifying paid conversion — a JETSET Prive subscription, a JETSET Verified purchase, a Mission Partner subscription, or an access block — is recorded as a typed conversion event and placed in a 30-day hold before any gift is unlocked. If the converting subscription is cancelled during the hold, no gift is unlocked; if it is cancelled after the hold, any unlocked recognition may be reversed. No commissions, ownership stakes, equity, revenue share, or recurring compensation of any kind is offered or implied through the Society, Community Impact, Distinctions, or Society Gifts. Hospitality Honors and Distinctions are not currency, securities, or transferable. They have no cash value. JetSet Intel reserves the right to update milestone definitions, gift offerings, Distinction criteria, and qualification rules at any time. Abuse of the program — including self-referrals, fraudulent sign-ups, duplicate accounts, bulk account creation, or attempting to convert recognition into unauthorized compensation — will result in disqualification, forfeiture of accumulated Honors and Distinctions, and reversal of pending or qualified conversions.

7. JetSet Privé — Your AI Flight Attendant & Trip Workspace

JetSet Privé is an invitation-only, apex-tier feature of the Service that provides an AI Flight Attendant companion (the "AI FA") and an operational Trip Workspace. The AI FA is a conversational assistant that recalls a principal's Private Hospitality Passport™ — preferences, protocols, allergies, and service standards — and advises the crew in real time. It is designed to augment, not replace, a human flight attendant: it is most valuable alongside an experienced flight attendant and is intended to assist crew (including charter pilots without a dedicated flight attendant) with sourcing, substitutions, timing, and safety reminders. Trip Workspace. Privé operates around six core functions — Plan, Provision, Personalize, Execute, Recover, and Remember. For each trip (tail, itinerary, passengers, crew) Privé generates a living leg-by-leg workspace containing cabin readiness checklists, catering command (structured orders by meal period, passenger count, dietary restrictions, crew meals, plating and reheating notes), provisioning (reusable aircraft par levels compared against onboard inventory), destination intelligence (auto-surfaced vetted partners at the arrival airport), arrival/departure logistics, cabin turn, and trip closeout. Trip and leg records are private to the crew member who created them and authorized administrators. WHIM (What Have I Missed?). Before departure, Privé may run a pre-flight completeness audit ("WHIM") that compares the trip package against itself — catering passenger counts versus passengers aboard, missing crew meals, catering delivery scheduled after ETD, provisioning below par, incomplete cabin checklists, and related gaps — and surfaces findings ranked by severity. WHIM findings are advisory only; the crew member remains responsible for confirming completeness before dispatch. AI Menu Photography. Within catering command, the crew may request that Privé generate a representative image of a planned course from the order details. Such images are AI-generated illustrations intended for planning and presentation; they are not photographs of the actual dish that will be delivered, do not represent any vendor's real product, and must not be relied upon for allergen, portion, or presentation guarantees. Voice-to-Action. The AI FA may accept spoken or typed natural-language instructions — for example, a mission brief such as "departing Teterboro at 6:30 a.m., lunches and ground transportation for 6, profile Eagle." On an explicit confirmation such as "make it happen," the AI FA may create mission records, assemble a One Push order from the principal's memory and the vendor network, and dispatch a request to a Mission Partner. The AI FA acts on behalf of the authenticated crew member. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any action before it is dispatched; once dispatched, the order is governed by the vendor's terms and the applicable Mission Partner tier. Safety and Identity. The AI FA prioritizes safety information (allergies, medical protocols, cross-contamination) above all else. Principal identity (legal names and contacts) is protected and revealed only to crew you explicitly authorize. The AI FA does not fabricate preferences; when information is unknown, it says so and suggests how to confirm it. No-Cost Verification. A JETSET Prive subscription includes identity verification at no additional cost; the $99 Verified fee is waived, but the verification still passes through the same review process. Payment alone does not manufacture credibility — the checkmark is earned by review. If you cancel Prive, your earned verification standing is preserved.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate aviation hospitality sourcing and related business activities. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • ·Scraping, automated extraction, bulk downloading, or resale of vendor data or platform content.
  • ·Using the Service for purposes unrelated to private aviation hospitality.
  • ·Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account.
  • ·Contacting vendors for purposes outside of legitimate aviation hospitality sourcing.
  • ·Submitting false, misleading, or defamatory mission debriefs, notes, or proposals.
  • ·Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the Service's infrastructure or security.
  • ·Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • ·Impersonating a flight crewmember, pilot, or aviation professional — including misrepresenting your professional role, organization type, or affiliation during registration, mission debrief submissions, or any other platform interaction.

9. Intellectual Property

JetSet Intel owns the Service, its branding, compiled vendor intelligence, and all proprietary content. Vendor logos, photographs, and menu content remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed on the Service for informational purposes. Users retain ownership of content they submit (mission debriefs, insider notes, bright ideas) but grant JetSet Intel a non-exclusive license to display and use that content within the Service. Mission debriefs and notes are attributed to submitting users and are used to improve vendor intelligence for the community.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." JetSet Intel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of vendor information. Vendor listings are for informational purposes; JetSet Intel does not guarantee vendor performance, food quality, delivery reliability, or service outcomes. JetSet Intel is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any interaction with a vendor listed on the platform. You acknowledge that all vendor engagements are conducted at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JetSet Intel's total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Handling

JetSet Intel is designed to minimize sensitive information. The Service does not require passenger names, aircraft owner names, or personally identifiable passenger information. Users are strongly discouraged from entering such data into the platform. Account information (email, name, role) is used to provide and personalize the Service. Vendor contact information is sourced from public listings and vendor submissions. Usage analytics are collected to improve the platform. JetSet Intel does not sell user data to third parties. Voice inputs to the AI Flight Attendant are transcribed and processed to carry out the crew's instructions and are retained only as part of the conversation history. Principal Hospitality Passport data is access-controlled and visible only to authorized crew and administrators.

12. Term and Termination

You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time. JetSet Intel may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, including prohibited conduct under Section 7. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. Submitted content (debriefs, notes) may be retained for platform intelligence purposes. Subscription fees paid are non-refundable upon termination except where required by law.

13. Modifications to Terms

JetSet Intel may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Support and Feedback Channels

JetSet Intel provides support and feedback channels that scale with your membership class. JETSET Member (Free) accounts have access to the in-app FAQ Bot — an assistant that answers questions about how the platform works by drawing dynamically on the published User Guide. The FAQ Bot is intended for product and how-to questions only; it is not a channel for account, billing, or dispute matters, and it does not guarantee a human reply. JETSET Verified and JetSet Privé members additionally have access to "Direct to the CEO," a private in-app channel through which messages are read personally by the CEO of JetSet Intel and answered directly within the Service. Direct to the CEO is a goodwill feedback channel, not a service-level-guaranteed support contract; response times are not guaranteed, and JetSet Intel may moderate or close threads that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. JetSet Intel may modify, restrict, or retire these channels at any time. The FAQ Bot's answers are generated from the User Guide and may not reflect the most recent product changes; the published User Guide and these Terms prevail over any Bot answer in the event of a conflict.

15. Contact

For questions about these Terms, your account, or the Service, please contact JetSet Intel support through the platform's support channels.
