Everything you need to get the most out of JetSet Intel.
JetSet Intel is an elite operational intelligence database for private aviation catering and hospitality. It connects flight crews, trip planners, and aviation concierges with hundreds of vetted vendors — caterers, bakeries, florists, hotels, restaurants, and more — across airports and destination cities worldwide. The platform is built for speed and precision: when you need to source hospitality for a private jet mission, JetSet Intel gives you the right vendor, the right contact, and the right delivery procedure in seconds.
Flight crews and trip planners use JetSet Intel to find and contact vendors, build hospitality plans for multi-leg trips, and record mission debriefs for future reference. Mission Partners (vendors) use the platform to manage their listing, receive incoming requests, track performance, and upgrade to paid tiers for priority placement and enterprise features. Administrators manage vendor data, audit data quality, scout new vendors with AI, and oversee platform health.
Every screen answers one question: What does the user need to confidently execute hospitality right now? The interface is calm, minimal, and focused. Sensitive information is minimized — no passenger names or PII. Vendor names are always displayed in ALL CAPS for quick scanning. Both ICAO and IATA airport codes are shown to prevent confusion. A Large Text Mode toggle is available in the sidebar footer for users who need larger fonts and higher contrast. The preference is saved per device and does not alter any functionality — only text size and contrast.
JetSet Intel offers three membership classes: JETSET Member (Free) — Every authenticated user. Full vendor directory, search, insider notes, favorites, community contributions, and access to the in-app FAQ Bot for help. JETSET Verified ($99 one-time) — Identity verification by review (the checkmark is earned, never bought). Unlocks the "Direct to the CEO" feedback channel and Insider Intelligence content. JETSET Prive (subscription) — Invitation-only professional capability: an AI Flight Attendant companion, the Trip Workspace (plan, provision, personalize, execute, recover, remember), WHIM pre-flight audit, AI menu photography, Principal Passports, and mission anticipation. Bundles a no-cost identity verification entitlement. Mission Partner tiers (Presence / Connect / Reach / Intelligence) are commercial vendor enrollments priced per the published quote matrix, resolved from vendor category, market, and capability.
How you reach us depends on your membership class. Free members get the in-app FAQ Bot — an assistant trained on this User Guide that answers questions about how the platform works, instantly and dynamically. Open it from the sidebar. Verified and Prive members get "Direct to the CEO" — a private channel where every message is read personally by the CEO and answered directly in the app, with no support queue, chatbot, or ticketing system in between. Verified members also retain access to the FAQ Bot.
The Dashboard is your command center. Search for vendors by airport code (ICAO or IATA), destination city, or vendor name. Results show vendor name, category, airports served, and key badges (delivery available, direct billing, reliable vendor, etc.). Click any vendor card to open the full Vendor Detail page with contact info, delivery procedures, best known items, dietary capabilities, and insider notes from other crews.
Category filter pills at the top of the Dashboard let you narrow results by vendor type — caterer, bakery, florist, hotel, restaurant, and more. Filters use additive (OR) logic: selecting multiple categories shows vendors in any of the selected categories. Dietary capability filters (vegan, vegetarian, kosher, gluten-free, organic, halal) work the same way.
Each vendor has a comprehensive profile: contact information (phone, email, website, address), hours of operation, delivery and pickup notes, advance notice requirements, dietary capabilities, best known items, seasonal offerings, and concierge information. You can submit mission debriefs, leave insider notes (logistics tips, quality observations, warnings), suggest label corrections, and bookmark vendors for quick access. Every interaction — call, email, website visit — is tracked to help the community identify the most active and reliable vendors.
Build A Flight is your mission planning tool. Create a trip with a name, tail number, passenger count, departure time, and hospitality profile. For multi-leg flights, add legs with departure and destination airport codes. For each leg, select the services you need (catering, flowers, ground transport, etc.) and assign specific vendors as primary, backup, or extras partners. Vendors with ONE PUSH ordering enabled can be contacted directly from the plan. Save your flight plan and return to it anytime.
Hospitality Profiles are codename-based preference records (e.g., "Gold Star") that capture recurring passenger preferences without storing personal information. Each profile tracks service expectations, dietary requirements, cuisine and beverage preferences, presentation standards, and delivery notes. Assign a profile to a Build A Flight trip to automatically communicate preferences to selected vendors. Profiles can be activated or deactivated as passenger relationships change.
After a mission, submit a debrief on vendor performance. Rate timeliness, communication, presentation, packaging, accuracy, and reliability on a three-point scale (excellent, acceptable, poor). Record crew confidence, whether you'd use them again, drive time, order accuracy, and courtesy. Debriefs feed the vendor's stoplight rating and help future crews make informed sourcing decisions. Your debriefs are visible to administrators and the vendor (anonymized by submitter email).
If your business is already listed in JetSet Intel (most established vendors are), you can claim it. Search for your business name, open the vendor detail page, and use the claim feature to verify ownership. Once claimed, you'll have portal access and can manage your listing. If your business isn't listed yet, use the Vendor Signup page to create a new profile. New listings start at the Community (free) tier.
Your portal is your mission control. It contains four tabs: Profile — Edit your contact information, hours, delivery notes, best known items, dietary capabilities, photos, social links, and additional locations. Changes are visible to flight crews immediately. Requests — View incoming hospitality requests from flight crews who have selected you for a trip. Confirm or decline requests with one click. Debriefs — Read mission debriefs submitted by crews after working with you. Use this feedback to improve your service and track your reputation. Analytics — Available for Preferred and Premier tiers. View click analytics, performance trends, and mission history.
All vendors start with a free Community tier listing. Upgrade to a paid Mission Partner tier for enhanced visibility and features:
Verified and above tiers can enable ONE PUSH ordering, which allows flight crews to send you a structured order request directly from the Build A Flight tool — no phone tag, no email chains. You receive the full trip details, passenger count, delivery window, and special instructions in one push, and can confirm or decline instantly from your portal.
Premier tier unlocks the Enterprise Dashboard, where you can invite team members (by email) to access your portal without sharing your login. Team members can manage requests, view debriefs, and edit profile information. Premier also supports additional locations — manage multiple storefronts, kitchens, or branches from a single vendor record.
The JetSet Hospitality Society is our way of thanking users who help grow the platform. Every registered user receives a unique 8-character Society Code — a personal referral identifier distinct from your email or user ID. Share it with colleagues in the aviation industry: flight crews, trip planners, vendor owners. When someone signs up using your Society Code and becomes a paid subscriber, the referral is tracked through a qualification pipeline: captured → registered → verified → qualified. Only qualified referrals (active paid subscriptions) count toward milestones. Track your referrals, token balance, and milestone progress from the Hospitality Society page (accessible from the sidebar).
Your Society Code is your personal referral identifier. It appears on your Hospitality Society dashboard along with a shareable referral link. New users who arrive via your link have the code automatically applied at registration. You can also share the code manually — recipients enter it on the Join page. Society Codes are generated securely by the platform and are unique to your account. If you have a legacy code from the early version of the program, it still works — the system recognizes both formats.
As your qualified referrals accumulate, you unlock milestone levels. Each milestone may be paired with a gift — a physical token of appreciation from JetSet Intel. Some milestones are surprise recognitions that remain hidden until you unlock them. When you reach a gift-eligible milestone, a claim option appears on your dashboard. Claiming a gift requires a shipping address and optional personalization details. Gift availability depends on inventory and may occasionally involve substitutions (approved by JetSet Intel). Track your claim status — from unlocked to shipped to delivered — directly on the dashboard.
Hospitality Honors are tokens of appreciation — not commissions, currency, or securities. They have no cash value and are not transferable. Honors are awarded when a referral qualifies and are debited when a gift is claimed. Your balance, lifetime honors earned, and lifetime honors redeemed are all visible on the Society dashboard. Self-referrals, fraudulent sign-ups, and bulk account creation are not eligible and will result in disqualification and forfeiture of accumulated honors. Reversed referrals (e.g., from cancelled subscriptions) will debit the corresponding honors.
Privé is your flight attendant's operational copilot — not merely a premium concierge. JETSET helps crew find trusted resources; Privé helps them execute the trip. It is organized around six core functions: Plan, Provision, Personalize, Execute, Recover, and Remember. Create a trip (tail number, aircraft type, home base, dates, passenger and crew counts) and Privé generates a living, leg-by-leg workspace — not a generic checklist, but an operational trip package. Add legs by origin and destination airport; each leg carries its own status, cabin readiness checklist, catering orders, provisioning, destination intelligence, logistics, turn, and closeout notes. Trip and leg records are private to the crew member who created them.
Each leg has a configurable preflight cabin setup checklist — equipment, linens, amenities, galley, entertainment, temperature, presentation, and passenger-specific setup. Load the standard checklist with one tap, then add or remove items for the aircraft. Toggle items complete as you work; the workspace tracks your progress.
Build structured catering orders by meal period — breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, crew meals, beverages, or special requests — each with passenger count, vendor, items, status, and plating or reheating notes. Privé flags when catering pax fall short of passengers aboard and when no crew meal is recorded. Provisioning keeps reusable aircraft par levels for beverages, snacks, toiletries, linens, and supplies. Enter the par (what should be aboard) and the current count (what is aboard); Privé calculates what's needed and surfaces replenishment gaps.
Before departure, tap "Run WHIM Check" on any trip. Privé audits the entire package and surfaces gaps a thoughtful flight attendant might have overlooked: catering under-counted versus passengers aboard, missing crew meals, catering delivery scheduled after ETD, provisioning below par, incomplete cabin checklists, missing FBO, and meal-period coverage versus time of day. Findings are ranked critical, warning, or info, and are advisory only — the crew remains responsible for confirming completeness before dispatch.
Inside any catering order, tap "Generate Photo" and Privé renders a magazine-quality image of the planned course from your order details — plated, lit, and styled for private aviation presentation. Use it to align the galley team or share with the principal. These images are AI-generated illustrations for planning and presentation only; they are not photographs of the actual dish and must not be relied upon for allergen, portion, or presentation guarantees. Regenerate any image to refine it.
When you set a destination airport on a leg, Privé automatically queries its trusted vendor network for that airport and surfaces vetted caterers, florists, and specialty partners — filtered by category, with trust-evidence signals and deep links to full vendor profiles. The Logistics tab captures FBO and handler, catering delivery time, ground transport, customs and agriculture notes, cabin turn, and trip closeout — the handoff artifact for the next crew.
Underneath the Trip Workspace, Privé holds a Private Hospitality Passport for each principal — preferences, protocols, allergies, and service standards organized in three privacy layers. Identity (legal names and contacts) is protected and revealed only to crew you explicitly authorize. Passports feed completeness and mission-readiness scoring so nothing is left to chance on a tight turn.
The Admin Manager is the operations hub for platform administrators. It provides tools for vendor CRUD, airport management, user management, monetization estimation, CSV/PDF imports, and platform settings. Access is restricted to admin roles (super_admin, admin_editor, admin) via the AdminRoute firewall.
The Vendor Audit Tool scans all vendor records for data quality issues — missing contact info, unregistered airport codes, duplicates, and incomplete fields. Auto-create missing airport records, bulk-edit vendors, and run AI enrichment to fill gaps using web-sourced data. Automated enrichment runs in the background every 5 minutes, processing 10 vendors per cycle with concurrent LLM calls. Track progress from the Data Audit tab.
The AI Vendor Scout uses LLM-powered web search to discover new luxury service vendors near any airport. Enter an airport code and category, and the scout returns verified vendors with contact info, ready for import into the database. Review results before bulk-importing.
The Marketing Studio provides three tools: Brand Hero Generator — Upload reference photos and generate premium hero imagery for landing pages and campaigns. Marketing Copy Studio — Generate on-brand copy for landing pages, partner spotlights, emails, and social posts. Cold Outreach Studio — Search any vendor in the database and generate a personalized welcome message (cold email, call script, or in-person talking points) that acknowledges their free listing and pitches the Mission Partner upgrade.
The System Health dashboard monitors platform integrity: vendor count, airport coverage, data completeness, audit logs, and automated health reports. A scheduled workflow runs daily health audits and logs results for review.
The Mailing List module manages email marketing segmentation, broadcast campaigns, and automated drip sequences. Sync members from registered users, segment by client status, compose broadcasts, and enroll members in multi-step drip campaigns with configurable delays.
